Agreement, one surface, clear rules
By creating an account or publishing a launch, roadmap, doc or status update on ProductClient (https://productclient.com), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using ProductClient for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. If you don't agree, don't publish, you can still explore launches and products.
Accounts, ship more, stay secure
- Provide accurate info and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may require verification for handles, product names or domains that could confuse users.
- Tell us at [email protected] if your account is compromised.
Your content and IP, you own the story that gets seen
- You retain all rights to launches, feedback, roadmaps, documentation and incident updates you publish. ProductClient claims no ownership.
- You grant us a license to host, render, index and distribute that content, including making its beautiful, self-updating docs and status pages accessible, ranking them, and showing them in feeds and sitemaps, solely to operate the surface. You can remove content or delete a product and we will withdraw it from public indexes on next crawl.
- Represent that you have rights to what you publish and that it does not infringe, mislead or violate law.
Plans, payments and turnover
Certain publishing features require a plan. Fees, limits and renewal are shown at checkout and in your workspace. All fees are shown without tax. If payment fails we will retry and notify you before pausing publishing. Refunds follow the plan terms shown at purchase, reach out and we will keep you in the loop.
Acceptable use, keep interactive ranking genuine and docs beautiful
Use ProductClient to bring back the beauty of building, not to abuse it:
- No spam, scraping beyond reasonable browsing, vote manipulation, fake engagement, or ranking games that undermine interactive distribution.
- No harassment, hate, or content that harasses builders or obstructs the beauty of shared building toward AGI.
- No malware, reverse engineering of access controls, or attempts to investigate or disrupt the surface beyond normal use.
- We may moderate, limit ranking, or remove content that breaks these rules to protect distribution, conversion, ranking, accessibility and user engagement for everyone.
Uptime, status pages and change
We build for 99.99% uptime and keep you in the loop like we do for our own incidents: investigate, respond and prevent with live status pages (https://status.productclient.com). We ship often, toward AGI pace, and may update features. If we materially change these terms in a way that affects your ability to get seen or ship, we will give at least 14 days notice in-app and via email.
Termination, your story, your call
You can delete content or close your account anytime, your launches and docs are withdrawn from public indexes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse interactive ranking, compromise accessibility, or violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the surface ends and these terms survive where they must (IP, limits, disclaimers).
Disclaimers and limits
ProductClient is provided as-is to help you boost innovation and stay visible. We do not guarantee any specific distribution, ranking, conversion or turnover outcome, shipping more and building beautifully is your edge, we are the surface. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
