What we collect, and why it boosts your distribution

We only collect what makes interactive launches, voted feedback, engaging roadmaps, beautiful automated docs and incident tracking work:

  • Account, email, name, handle, avatar. To publish launches and keep your product profile visible and ranked.
  • Product content you ship, launches, feedback posts, votes, roadmap items, docs and incident updates. To power ranking, conversion and user engagement. You own it.
  • Engagement, follows, votes, reads. To drive interactive ranking and help you ship what converts. Aggregated where possible.
  • Device & usage, browser, pages viewed, referrals. To improve accessibility, turnover and Core Web Vitals. No fingerprinting.

How we use it, to help you ship more toward AGI

Your data powers the loop: launches get seen, feedback becomes roadmaps, documentation stays self-updating and agent-native, status pages keep customers in the loop. We use data to operate the surface, secure your account, and improve ranking and visibility. We do not sell your data. We do not train external models on your private product content.

Sharing, minimal, only to run the surface

  • Processors: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email, analytics, under contract, only to deliver launches, docs, roadmaps and status pages.
  • Public by design: anything you publish as a product (launches, public roadmaps, docs, status pages) is indexable and may rank. Drafts and private workspaces stay private.
  • Legal only if required, we push back, notify you where allowed, and publish transparency notes where appropriate.

Retention, as long as it helps you stay visible

We keep product content as long as your product lives on ProductClient, so your permanent URLs keep ranking. Delete a product, post or account and we remove associated content within 30 days (backups expire within 90). Aggregated analytics are retained to improve the surface, never to identify you.

Your controls

  • Export your launches, feedback, roadmaps and docs anytime.
  • Delete product, feedback or account, your public pages are withdrawn from sitemaps and deindexed on next crawl.
  • Manage cookies for analytics and preferences in your browser. Essential cookies are required for auth and security.
  • Contact [email protected] for access, correction or deletion.

Security, incident-ready by default

Encryption in transit and at rest, SSO/RBAC where enabled, audit logs for team actions. We operate like we preach for status: investigate, respond and prevent, with transparent timelines if something affects your data.
